A slightly longer drive than planned from Fontegrive to St Malo courtesy of a mixture of road works traffic and an accident on the Rennes by- pass,but all worked out well as we drove straight onto level 3 of the ferry,which gave us a quick getaway in the morning.Excellent dinner on board to help us put on a bit of extra reserve. Easy drive to Chippenham and down to the bike shop,where we left the bikes to be serviced and packed into their cardboard boxes.Stage one of the journey completed,now for a little social intercourse,before we collect the bikes and drive to Tris and Rachels.
